Repair first, replace second
Most body shops quote a replacement panel because ordering a part is faster and simpler than repairing one. We look at it the other way round: the first question on any estimate is whether the panel already on your car can be saved.
Usually it can. Bumper covers are thermoplastic and can be welded. Dents where the paint is unbroken come out without filler. Curbed alloys can be reprofiled and refinished. Cracked dashboards and split leather can be repaired in place.
That is cheaper for you, and it keeps the original factory panel and finish on the car — which matters more than people expect when it comes time to sell.
Everything happens in this building
This is the part most shops cannot say honestly. Bodywork, plastic repair, refinishing in our own booth, paintless dent removal, wheel restoration, glass chips, headlights, window tinting, paint protection film, detailing and interior repair are all carried out here, by our own I-CAR trained technicians.
Nothing is subcontracted out and sent back. Three things follow from that: your car does not travel between premises, the timeline is ours to control rather than somebody else’s, and if something is wrong afterwards there is nobody else to point at.
It is also the reason we can stand behind the work with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
What we will tell you
If a panel is beyond saving, we will say so and show you why rather than quietly quoting a repair that will not hold. If a wheel is cracked rather than curbed, we will tell you to replace it, even though that earns us less. If a chip in your windshield has already run too far to seal, we will not take your money to try.
The estimate is written and itemized, and it identifies whether a part is original or aftermarket, because that is your decision to make rather than something to discover afterwards.
