From a parking-lot knock to structural damage, repaired end to end in our own Scottsdale shop.

A collision estimate written from photographs is a guess. What is visible on the outside — a creased quarter panel, a pushed-in door — is rarely the whole job. Mounting points bend, brackets crack, and clips and absorbers behind the panel take load you cannot see until the panel comes off.
So we disassemble first and write the real estimate second. If that changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than afterwards on the invoice.
Steel and aluminum panels can often be pulled, worked and refinished rather than swapped. That matters beyond the bill: an original panel that is properly repaired keeps the factory seam sealer and corrosion protection that a replacement introduces a join into.
Where a panel genuinely has to be replaced, we will show you why. And the estimate identifies clearly whether you are getting an original or an aftermarket part — that is your decision to make, not a detail to discover later.
Matching paint is not simply reading the code off the door jamb. Two cars with the same code will have aged differently in Arizona sun, and a panel sprayed to the exact factory formula can still sit visibly next to its neighbor.
We color match to the vehicle rather than to the code alone, then blend into the adjacent panels so the transition falls where the eye does not look for it.
Bring the claim number and we will deal with the adjuster directly — the estimate, the supplements when hidden damage appears, the photographs and the documentation. See how insurance claims work here.
Bring the car in and we will look at it properly, in daylight, with the panel in front of us.
