Clouded, yellowed lenses cut back and resealed. This is a visibility problem before it is a cosmetic one.

Modern headlight lenses are polycarbonate with a factory UV coating. That coating has a service life, and here it is a short one — sustained ultraviolet degrades it, and once it fails the plastic underneath oxidises, hazes and yellows.
It happens gradually enough that most people never notice their own headlights dimming. It is usually somebody else who mentions it.
A hazed lens scatters light instead of projecting it. The bulb is as bright as it ever was, but far less of that light reaches the road ahead, and more of it goes sideways into oncoming traffic as glare.
Night-time driving is where you notice it. It also fails vehicle inspections in plenty of jurisdictions, for exactly this reason.
The failed coating and oxidised layer are sanded back through progressive grits, the lens is polished clear, and — the part that matters — a fresh UV sealant is applied.
Skipping that last step is why home kits and cheap restorations yellow again within months. Polishing alone leaves bare polycarbonate exposed to the same sun that ruined it the first time.
Ask us to look at the lenses next time the car is in. It is a quick job and the difference at night is immediate.
