Insurers frequently suggest a shop from their own network. You are free to get an estimate from us too, and to compare the two before you decide where the car goes.
Our estimate is written and itemized, and it says clearly whether each part is original or aftermarket. It is yours to take away.
What we handle for you

The supplement is the part most people have never heard of and the part that causes the most friction. It matters, so it has its own section below.
Supplements, and why the first number moves
An initial estimate is written from what can be seen with the panels still on the car. Once the damaged area is taken apart, the picture usually changes: a bent bracket, a cracked absorber, a mounting point that has moved.
That is normal, and it is not a shop inventing work. The additional damage is documented, photographed and submitted to the insurer as a supplement, and they approve the extra before it is carried out.
What we will not do is discover it and stay quiet. If the number moves, you hear about it from us before the work happens rather than afterwards on the invoice.
Original or aftermarket parts
Policies differ on which they will pay for, and the difference is not always explained. Our estimate identifies which you are being quoted either way, so you can ask your insurer the question with the specifics in front of you.
Whichever you end up with, our workmanship warranty covers our work. Parts carry whatever warranty their own manufacturer provides.
Deductibles
Your deductible is between you and your insurer, and any shop offering to make it disappear is telling you something about how they do business. We will tell you plainly what the repair costs so you can work out whether claiming is worth it at all — on smaller damage it often is not.
One thing worth knowing: hail and other weather damage is usually a comprehensive claim rather than collision, and comprehensive deductibles are frequently lower. Worth checking before you decide.
