Door dings and dents worked out from behind the panel — no filler, no paint, and the factory finish stays exactly as it is.

The dent is reached from behind, through an existing access point, and massaged out with purpose-made rods against a reflected light board. The board is the important part: it shows the deformation as a distortion in a straight line, which is far more precise than an eye looking at a curved panel.
Nothing is filled, nothing is sprayed, and the panel keeps the paint it left the factory with.
The single condition is that the paint is unbroken. Door dings from a neighboring car, trolley knocks, small hail dents and creases where the metal has stretched but not split are all candidates.
Where it works, it is quicker and cheaper than conventional bodywork, and it is the only method that leaves the original finish untouched — which matters more than people expect on a car you intend to sell.
If the paint is cracked, chipped or scraped through, paintless repair cannot fix it. Pulling the metal straight will not restore a broken paint film, and any shop that says otherwise is going to fill and spray it anyway.
Dents on a panel edge, or on a double-skinned section with no access behind it, also usually need conventional repair. We will tell you which you are looking at before any work starts.
Hail damage is the classic paintless case — many small dents, paint intact. It is also worth knowing that hail claims are typically comprehensive rather than collision, which often means a different deductible. Bring the claim number and we will work it out with the adjuster.
Bring the car in and we will tell you honestly whether paintless is the right method or not.
