Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
On the work we carry out, for as long as you own the vehicle. Here is exactly what that covers — and, just as importantly, what it does not.
A warranty is only worth what its exclusions allow. So rather than a one-line promise, here is the detail.
What is covered
- Refinishing workmanship — peeling, blistering, cracking or loss of adhesion in paint we applied
- Color match on panels we refinished
- Bodywork and plastic repair we carried out, including welded bumper tabs and repaired cracks
- Reassembly — anything we took off and put back
Covered for as long as you own the vehicle. It does not transfer to a new owner.
What is not covered
New damage of any kind · normal wear, stone chips and road rash · damage from a later collision · rust originating outside our repair area · factory paint we did not apply · damage from harsh chemicals, automated brushes or improper care · parts supplied by others · anything altered or repaired elsewhere after we finished.
Parts are a separate thing
Our warranty covers our work. Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides — that applies to original and aftermarket parts alike, and the estimate always identifies which you are getting.
How to make a claim
- Call the shop on 480-933-5635 and describe what you are seeing.
- Bring the vehicle in so we can look at it. Photos help but rarely settle it.
- If it is our workmanship, we put it right. If it is not, we will tell you honestly what it is and what it would cost.
Keep your invoice — it establishes what we did and when.
Why we can offer it
Because every job is done here, in our own shop, by our own I-CAR trained technicians. Bodywork, refinishing, dent work, wheels, glass chips and trim are all handled in house — nothing is subcontracted, so there is nobody else to point at if something is wrong.
